About EQC

Our Story

Two decades of institutional expertise, born from inside the European Commission itself.

From Protocol Officer to CEO

Founded in 2004 by Marie-Claire Dubois, a former protocol officer at the European Commission, European Quarter Cars was born from a simple observation: EU officials struggled with unreliable transport between institutions, airports, and the constant stream of international meetings.

Having managed protocol logistics for a Commissioner's cabinet, Marie-Claire understood the unique needs of institutional clients — security awareness, political neutrality, multilingual capability, and absolute reliability.

EQC's first major contract was providing permanent transport for a Commissioner's cabinet. Today, our client base includes EU institutions, NATO, lobbying firms, and international law firms. Marie-Claire remains CEO and is known personally to many EU officials.

"I built EQC to be the transport service I wished had existed when I was managing protocol logistics. Every detail matters — from how a door is opened to how a conversation is protected."
