1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of chauffeur and transport services provided by European Quarter Cars S.A. ("EQC"), registered in Belgium, with its registered office at Rue de la Loi 227, 1040 Brussels.
By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
EQC provides executive chauffeur services, airport transfers, institutional shuttles, delegation transport, and long-distance transport services. All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
3. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, or under the terms of a framework agreement.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from EQC.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are specified in the booking confirmation or framework agreement.
- For individual bookings, payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
- Framework contract clients are invoiced according to the terms of their agreement.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before service: No cancellation fee
- 12–24 hours before service: 50% of the quoted price
- Less than 12 hours before service: 100% of the quoted price
- No-show: 100% of the quoted price
Framework contract clients may have different cancellation terms as specified in their agreement.
6. Waiting Time
- Airport transfers: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from flight landing
- All other pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must comply with Belgian road safety regulations, including seatbelt use.
- Smoking is not permitted in any EQC vehicle.
- Passengers are liable for any damage caused to EQC vehicles during the journey.
- EQC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in a manner that endangers safety.
8. Liability
- EQC maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers.
- EQC's liability for delays or failure to provide service due to force majeure (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.) is limited.
- EQC is not liable for items left in vehicles, although we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property.
9. Confidentiality
EQC and its chauffeurs maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions. All staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements. No information about clients, journeys, or conversations is disclosed to third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
